Sean Acierno Creative Partner, Founder Prior to founding Steelcoast Creative, Sean served as Lead Designer for Development Dimensions International (DDI) where he serviced clients such as Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Dell, and Wachovia Securities. At DDI, Sean designed and implemented user interface for a variety of web applications, created engaging solutions for otherwise data-driven presentations, and developed extensive Macromedia Flash-based training modules. Prior to his tenure with DDI, Sean served as an Interactive Designer for Dicks Clothing and Sporting Goods where he designed and maintained user interface architecture and graphics, implemented the use of animation and Flash technology, and acted as liaison between executive and production teams to ensure that specifications were consistently met. Sean also served as Interactive Designer for Third Millennium Communications where he was heavily involved in all aspects of site development and management and produced broadcast quality audio for animation and radio commercials. Sean holds a Computer Animation/Multimedia degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and is Alias Certified. Scott Bowlin Creative Partner, Founder Scott studied graphic design and communication at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and specializes in print and interactive design, branding, and identity. Prior to founding Steelcoast Creative, Scott served as Creative Director for The New Media Group where he created and managed production of print collateral, multimedia development, and identity campaigns. Prior to his tenure with The New Media Group, Scott served as a Designer for A to Z communications where he worked for a variety of prestigious clients including PNC Bank, Alcoa, H.J. Heinz, Federated Investors, and Duquesne Light. Scott’s work has appeared in national publications such as Fortune Magazine, Fast Company, SEED Magazine, International Documentary, and Filmmaker Magazine. Additionally, Scott’s interactive work has won him accolades from noted design institutions including, HOW Magazine and the American Institute of Graphic Artists. Thomas Evans Creative Director With 18 years of design and illustration experience, Tom specializes in retail and custom package design. Tom has extensive experience in direct mail/response collateral development, product branding, corporate identity design, and layout and design of books, manuals, publications, and press kits. Prior to joining Steelcoast, Tom served as a graphic designer for Software Packaging Associates (SPA) where he serviced clients such as MTV, VH1, Rolling Stone Magazine, Webroot Software, Clear Channel Communications, Running with Scissors, Panicware, Inc., WhiptailInteractive, and Iona Technologies. Prior to his tenure with SPA, Tom executed a variety of graphic design projects for clients such as UPMC, Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, The Salvation Army, Diebold,84 Lumber, DK Interactive, Ward Trucking, and Cyberspace HQ. Jenny Gross Director of Marketing | New Business Development As a Pittsburgh public relations professional, Jenny has had the opportunity to service a wide variety of accounts across a broad spectrum of industries. Her experience includes work with clients in fields such as technology, business, education, retail, and entertainment as well as the non-profit sector. Jenny served as an Account Manager for Skutski & Oltmanns, Inc. where she managed projects, budgets, and staff on public relations tasks such as collateral development, writing, event planning and management, research, media relations efforts, and new business development. Jenny earned a public relations degree from Westminster College, during which time she played an active role in Westminster’s PR program by serving as the department’s teaching assistant and helping to establish a PRSSA chapter. Currently, Jenny is an active board member of the Pittsburgh Public Relations Society of America, serves on the board of Pittsburgh Cares, and functions as the Director of Marketing for Fountain Park Church in Cranberry, Pennsylvania. |
